Vegetarian Indian DESSERT
Semolina 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Light brown sugar 1/2 cup
Water 3 1/2 cup
Powder cardamon 1/2 tsp.
Roasted cashew and almond for garnish
Roast Semolina till fragrant .
Boil sugar and water in another pot.
Pour on roasted semolina. Keep stirring until it is not sticking to pan.
Serve garnished with roasted nut.
