Fried sun dried pork for 2 serves
½ kilo of sirloin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
a little salt (as you like)
½ teaspoon crushed pepper
- Cut sirloin pork into proper eatable size in a vertical way.
- Ferment in sweet Chinese soy sauce, salt, white sesame and let it blend well for 10-15 minutes
- Dry in the sun for 10-15 minutes, then fry and ready to be eaten.
