Fried sun dried pork for 2 serves

Ingredients

½ kilo of sirloin

Seasoning

2 tablespoons soy sauce

a little salt (as you like)

½ teaspoon crushed pepper

white sesame

Methods

  1. Cut sirloin pork into proper eatable size in a vertical way.
  2. Ferment in sweet Chinese soy sauce, salt, white sesame and let it blend well for 10-15 minutes
  3. Dry in the sun for 10-15 minutes, then fry and ready to be eaten.
